Our aim
We aim to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities. Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a target, not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance.
Navigating and reading
The site includes a skip-to-content link, semantic headings, labelled navigation, visible keyboard focus and text alternatives for meaningful images. You should be able to browse with a keyboard and use the responsive layout on different screen sizes. Maps are accompanied by text describing the service areas. Information is not intended to depend on colour alone.
Motion, enlargement and contrast
The website respects the reduced-motion preference in your operating system or browser. You can enlarge text and zoom using browser controls; layouts are designed to reflow on narrow screens. If enlargement, colours or animation make a page difficult to use, please report the page and the setting you used so the problem can be investigated.
Forms and alternative contact
Form fields have labels and required fields are indicated in text. You can review your enquiry before sending. Online sending is currently awaiting email and security configuration; telephone and email contact remain available. Testing and known limitations
We use automated accessibility checks and browser checks to identify barriers. Automated tests cannot establish that every page works with every assistive technology. A full independent WCAG conformance audit and testing with disabled users have not yet been completed. Third-party services, browser email applications and any future security challenge may have their own limitations. We do not claim that an automated score guarantees accessibility.

You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. You can ask for information in a different format or for help completing an enquiry; the team will discuss a practical alternative with you.
