Separate essentials from everything else
Keep medicines, important documents, keys, clothes and everyday essentials with you. If only part of the property needs clearing, identify those rooms and items first. Tell us about damage or unsafe access so nobody is asked to enter an unsuitable area.
Availability must be confirmed
