Space between one home and the next
Tell us which pieces need storing and when they will be ready for collection. Include dimensions for larger furniture and identify items that may need dismantling. If you are storing a whole household, include boxes, outdoor furniture and garage contents in the inventory.
Protection before storage
Furniture should be clean and dry before it is put away. Discuss protective wrapping and mattress bags with the team, and keep fixings in labelled bags with the relevant item. Let us know about delicate finishes, glass, antiques or existing damage so preparation can be agreed.
Ready when your space is
An uncertain completion date does not have to mean an uncertain plan. Ask how extensions, access and notice for redelivery work before booking. Once you know where the furniture is going, share the new address and any stairs, parking restrictions or assembly requirements.
